Job summary

Elavon, a subsidiary of U.S. Bank, seeks an experienced Technical Partner Integrations Consultant to join the Global Solution Consultancy team.

The role sits at the crossroads of technology, partnerships, and customer delivery, supporting third‑party payment solutions and collaborating with customers, sales, and delivery teams. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to partners, help design and document payment integrations, and ensure alignment with our Partner Programme and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in an integration, technical consulting, solutions engineering, or similar role.
• Experience supporting customers and/or partners in payments, fintech, SaaS, or a technical services environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance commercial and technical priorities.
• Hands‑on experience with API‑based integrations (REST / JSON, webhooks, authentication flows).
• Confidence communicating complex technical concepts in a clear, business‑friendly way.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills, with attention to quality and detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day technical partner relationships within the Partner Programme framework.
• Act as a primary technical contact for partners, customers, sales, and internal stakeholders.
• Support solution design and pre‑sales activities, including customer meetings and technical walkthroughs.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Manage and prioritise partner certifications and integration requests.
• Document solution designs and customer requirements for implementation and delivery teams.
• Produce high‑quality internal and customer‑facing technical documentation.
• Provide technical input to RFIs and RFPs.
• Capture partner and customer feedback and communicate enhancement requests internally.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Partner Integrations Consultant to join our Technical Integrations & partner account management team within Global Solution Consultancy department. The role sits at the intersection of technology, partnerships, and customer delivery, supporting third‑party payment solution providers and working closely with customers, sales teams, and internal delivery functions. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to partners and customers, helping design, document, and support payment integrations while ensuring alignment with our Partner Programme and integration standards. This role offers strong exposure to APIs, payment flows, and partner ecosystems, with a clear development path toward senior consultancy.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• Experience working with third‑party technology partners in a regulated payments environment
