Biogen Poland in Warsaw is seeking a Payments Analyst II to join the Global Business Services Procure To Pay team. You will manage electronic and manual payments for affiliates, ensuring policy compliance and timely processing.

You will monitor cash flow, investigate duplicates, resolve payment rejections, and act as a liaison with banks and Treasury. This role emphasizes process improvement and excellent service in an international setting, with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or payables processing.
• Experience as a payment specialist or in finance.
• Fluent in English.
• High level of expertise in Procure To Pay processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform electronic and manual payments in compliance with policies.
• Monitor cash flow and cash forecast.
• Check for duplicate payments; perform analysis and investigation.
