Biogen in Warsaw seeks a Payments Analyst II to manage electronic and manual payments for multiple regions. You will ensure compliance, support internal and external customers, and guide process improvements within the GBS PTP team.

The role is fixed-term for 24 months and requires a work permit & residency in Poland. Hybrid work arrangement and English language proficiency are essential for success in this international setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or payables processing.
• Previous corporate experience as a payment specialist or in finance.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Good understanding of Procure To Pay processes.

Mansioni

• Prepare electronic and manual payments in compliance with policies.
• Monitor cash flow and cash forecast.
• Investigate potential duplicate payments and resolve issues.
• Address payment rejections and returns promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external parties.
• Act as liaison between business units, banks, and Treasury.
• Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Coordinate daily workload within the team.
• Support on complex AP/payment inquiries as SME.
