Marco connects the top 1% of global professionals with ambitious, fast-growing companies. This remote role focuses on owning a paid acquisition engine for a fast-growing DTC brand, running Meta and TikTok ads, building dedicated landing pages, and optimizing Shopify for conversion.

You will work directly with founders, implement a disciplined testing system, and own performance outcomes end-to-end. Strong English, analytical, and self-directed traits are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running Meta and TikTok shop ads for ecommerce/DTC brands with real budget ownership.
• Hands-on Shopify experience and landing page builders.
• Strong CRO and A/B testing fundamentals.
• Proven record of profitable ROAS and scaling ad spend.

Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and scale Meta ad campaigns (budgets, bids, audiences, placements).
• Lead the strategy, setup, and execution of TikTok Shop campaigns.
• Own ROAS, CPA, and spend efficiency across the account.
• Build and test landing pages to improve conversion and AOV.
• Own tracking and reporting; provide weekly actionable insights.
