Job summary

Signalmash is hiring four experienced Sales Development Representatives to build the outbound motion targeting the US market. This remote role requires 3+ years in outbound B2B SaaS sales, near-native English, and a track record of opening territories with self-directed, data-driven playbooks.

Expect US-hours: 7:00 PM–3:00 AM IST, with no weekend pipeline reviews; uncapped variable compensation with accelerators and base pay of ₹18,00,000, plus health insurance and allowances.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outbound B2B SaaS sales experience selling into the US market.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Evidence of building a territory, messaging, and processes that others used.
• Experience handling mid-market deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Structured and self-directed with transparency and support, no script handed to you.

Responsibilities

• Own the full outbound motion for your territory/ICP: account selection, contact mapping, multi-channel cadences, and booking qualified meetings for the AE team.
• Form and test ICP hypotheses against existing customers and kill or scale them based on data.
• Build the playbook: messaging, objection taxonomy, cadence structures, and benchmarks.
• Run a written learning log and a weekly funnel review with the sales team, driving your ramp.
