Ignitvio is hiring a Sales Representative (Closer) to sell our outbound sales program to US-based owners and sales leaders. This remote role operates from Latin America, with calls in US business hours and direct training from the founder.

You will qualify prospects, handle objections, and close deals, handing signed clients to onboarding with clear notes for day-one execution. A strong English proficiency and a proven closing track record are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing B2B services or software deals.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Run fit calls with owners and sales leaders of target industries.
• Qualify prospects based on deal size and buying signals.
• Explain our outbound program and close new business.
• Build proposals and close deals.
• Handle objections from skeptical buyers and disqualify when fit is poor.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and forecast realistically.
• Provide complete notes on each client for onboarding.
• Share insights with founder and marketing team.
