AltiSales is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our remote-first team focused on outbound growth for US-based clients. As a core part of a pod, you'll target VP and C-level executives, conduct high-volume outreach, and collaborate with GTMEs to secure productive meetings and drive pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven experience in outbound sales.
• 1+ years in a sales customer-facing role with defined KPIs.
• Ability to speak and write natively in English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative and continuous learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of sales targets and align with OKRs.
• Forecasting accuracy and regular status reports.
• Engage prospects via phone, LinkedIn, and email; ~150 dials/day.
• Arrange productive meetings and demonstrate value to prospects.
• Support Account Executives on calls and product understanding.
