Job summary

MWEB (Pty)Ltd is seeking a motivated Sales Agent for a fully remote role in Poland. The position focuses on outbound telesales and occasional face-to-face engagements to close deals and grow the customer base.

Responsibilities include hunting for leads, cold canvassing, nurturing prospects, and upselling through consultative selling while maintaining a robust pipeline and meeting targets. The role offers commission-based pay and equipment provided to support remote work.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education is required.
• 2-3 years telesales experience, outbound preferred.
• MS Office Advanced Skills.
• Strong skills in cold canvassing, closing sales, and targeting, tracking and measuring.
• Consultative approach to match needs with requirements.
• Manage and report on individual targets.
• Strong pipeline skills: hunting for new leads and farming existing leads.

Responsibilities

• Sell over the phone and face-to-face.
• Hunt for leads, cold canvas, and engage with new customers.
• Farm leads from existing data base and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide consultative service to meet client needs and close deals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, track progress, and report targets.
