Surfer is a remote-first AI visibility platform seeking a high-energy sales professional in Poland. You will own the end-to-end new-business process—from prospecting to closing—engaging agencies and in-house teams across channels (email, LinkedIn, phone).

The role rewards initiative and results, with a base salary of 12,000–15,000 PLN monthly plus a bonus system; work primarily remotely with an optional Wroclaw office. English proficiency at C1+ is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience in marketing/SEO or martech domains.
• Proven ability to close deals end-to-end, including negotiating and contracting.
• Strong prospecting, discovery, demos, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the new-business pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Qualify leads, run discovery calls, and manage negotiations.
• Perform multi-channel outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Build ICP-aligned contact lists for agencies and in-house teams.
• Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to maximize results.
