Job summary

Selvoy is seeking a Polish-speaking remote sales agent to engage warm leads and convert interest into orders from a home office in Poland.

You will present health and beauty products, run 20–30 conversations daily, and work independently while meeting personal sales targets and tracking results.

Qualifications

You speak Polish. You know how to talk to people. We'll teach you the rest.

What you earn

Pay = hourly rate + commission on sales

Commission up to 12% on sales

Starting earnings ~6 000 ¹ PLN

Average earnings ~7 500 PLN

Top performers ~12 000 PLN

¹ Gross amount per month in PLN. Assumes reaching the lowest commission tier, based on average agent results in the first 2 months. Hourly rate details are discussed with the recruiter.

What you do every day

• Call warm leads — people who expressed interest in the offer or bought before
• Present health & beauty products and turn interest into orders
• Run roughly 20–30 conversations a day — each with someone who knows the product or showed interest
• Hit your own sales targets and track your own numbers
• Work independently from home in a quiet space — no TV in the background, no kids screaming next to you

Requirements

You must have

• Fluent Polish — native or near-native
• Shift availability: Mon–Sat 8:00–20:00, Sun 9:00–17:00 (you set exact shift hours in recruitment)
• A quiet workspace with stable internet — 100% remote (mobile hotspot isn't enough)

Equipment: we can provide a laptop and headset if you don't have your own — tell us when you apply.

Nice to have

• Experience working with people — sales, customer service, anything where you talked to people

How recruitment works

1. we cover the role and check your Polish. Takes 15–20 minutes.
2. Paid training: one week of structured sales training. Remote, full-time, paid.
3. Onboarding: one week of project onboarding with live coaching before your first calls.
