Propeller is seeking a detail-oriented Order Ops Specialist for a fully remote role to support sales operations and commercial workflows. You will generate quotes, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, and prepare deals for internal review and closing.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate data management, margins, and revenue recognition in a fast-paced environment. Remote-first setup with modern collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Quote Management & Adjustments: generate, update, and adjust commercial quotes.
• HubSpot CRM Maintenance: keep pipeline data clean and up-to-date.
• Deal Preparation: assemble deals and docs for internal review and closing.
• Commercial Analysis: apply margins and revenue rules to quotes.
• Order Provisioning: perform light provisioning for handoffs and fulfilment.
• Cross-Functional Communication: collaborate via Slack and Google Workspace.
