Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales ops, outbound/demand-gen, or e-commerce coordination – ideally with distributor, reseller, or promotional-products exposure.
• Hands-on with outbound: built and ran a real contact list and email campaigns.
• Clear B2B writer who tests and performs subject line A/B tests.
• Reliable operator with high-volume orders and coordination, catching errors before shipping.
• Comfortable in async, remote, founder-led environments with overlap with US business hours.
• AI-native: built workflows where AI carries volume and you supervise.

Responsibilities

• Own the outbound engine: trade-show campaigns, master contact list, outreach copy, and A/B testing.
• CRM flywheel: turn cold contacts into warm relationships and nurture distributors so opportunities stay warm.
• Consultative response: read distributor briefs and recommend products, MOQs, and decoration; prepare quotes for close.
• Order ops: read POs, catch price/MOQ errors, track dates, and move orders through decorator and warehouse; prevent wrong addresses.
