Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Business Systems Manager to own the transition of operational systems from Salesforce into our Operations Hub, while also managing the Zoho Analytics reporting layer. This is a systems ownership role focused on designing workflows, data accuracy, and stability during transitions.

You will lead UAT, plan migrations, and maintain dashboards and reporting logic across multiple teams, ensuring consistent data and smooth rollout readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business systems or similar roles.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience (admin/support level or higher).
• Experience mapping workflows into systems.
• Experience with UAT, rollout, and system transitions.
• Strong documentation and SOP-writing skills.
• Good understanding of reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage operational workflows within the Operations Hub.
• Support and execute the transition from Salesforce to the Operations Hub.
• Plan and manage system migrations, cutovers, and stabilization.
• Lead UAT and rollout readiness.
• Own dashboards and reporting in Zoho Analytics.
• Define and maintain data fields, statuses, and reporting logic.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and process guidelines.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and improve operational processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Engineering, and leadership teams.
