Zohorecruit is seeking a highly organized Zoho Administrator to manage and optimize our Zoho environment across core business operations. You will administer core Zoho applications, configure workflows, automate processes, manage user permissions, and maintain accurate CRM and operational data.

You will create dashboards and reports for visibility, troubleshoot Zoho issues, support onboarding, and collaborate with leadership to map processes and implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Zoho CRM administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of CRM workflows, automations, and business processes.
• Data management and reporting proficiency.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented and well organized.
• Experience supporting operations or administrative systems.

Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain core Zoho applications and integrations
• Configure and optimize workflows, automations, user permissions, layouts, and system settings
• Support business operations through process improvement and system enhancements
• Maintain accurate and organized CRM and operational data
• Create dashboards, reports, and tracking systems for operational visibility
• Troubleshoot Zoho-related issues and provide user support
• Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Assist with onboarding, documentation, and system process mapping
• Support integrations between Zoho and third-party platforms where required
• Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks
