Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a highly organized Zoho Administrator to manage and optimize our Zoho environment across core operations. You will administer Zoho CRM and other apps, configure workflows, and improve processes to boost productivity.

You will partner with leadership and ops teams to map requirements, create dashboards, and support data quality and reporting. Remote-friendly, Poland-based role with cross-department impact.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience administering Zoho CRM and other Zoho apps.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, pipelines, automations, and BPM.
• Experience with workflow automation, custom fields/layouts, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain core Zoho applications and integrations.
• Configure and optimize workflows, automations, user permissions, layouts, and settings.
• Support operations through process improvements and system enhancements.
• Maintain accurate CRM and operational data.
• Create dashboards, reports, and tracking for visibility.
• Troubleshoot Zoho issues and provide user support.
• Collaborate with leadership to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Assist onboarding, documentation, and process mapping.
• Support Zoho integrations with third-party platforms.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
