Zohorecruit seeks a highly organized Technical Program Manager to support cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and operations. You will not be coding, but you must be comfortable discussing APIs, backend/frontend architecture, deployments, and technical workflows with engineering teams.

This is a hands-on operational role. You will work with CMS platforms, analytics dashboards, and other digital systems to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with product goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing projects in product/engineering environments
• Ability to translate business and product requirements into actionable execution plans
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and analytics tools
• Excellent communication with engineering teams
• Fluent English, written and spoken

Responsabilités

• Build and manage project timelines across cross-functional teams
• Ensure on-time delivery of product and operational initiatives
• Coordinate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams
• Translate business and product requirements into actionable execution plans
• Work directly with tools such as CMS platforms and analytics systems
• Monitor progress, identify blockers, and proactively drive solutions
• Maintain clarity and alignment across stakeholders
• Support deployment and release coordination when needed
• This role requires hands-on operational ownership beyond coordinating tasks
