Qualifications

• Must understand Australian bookkeeping and management accounting fundamentals.
• Experience with ClickUp and Google Workspace.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow across bookkeeping, payroll, reconciliations and reporting.
• Maintain structured, assigned and tracked tasks in ClickUp; ensure visibility and accountability.
• Support CEO with operational planning and workload insights.
• Monitor scope and flag out-of-scope work; assist with aged receivables oversight.
