Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Member Engagement Associate to connect members to Specialty Care, mainly through auto-dialer tickets in Zendesk. This remote role reports to the Senior Clinical Ops Manager and may involve occasional on-site travel to New York.

You will perform proactive outreach, schedule with Navigators, and document interactions in Zendesk and CRM/EHR while collaborating to improve queue efficiency and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a call center or healthcare operations.
• Comfort with high call volumes and sensitive conversations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with documentation and scheduling abilities.
• Tech-proficient and quick to learn CRMs and EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Work auto-dialer tickets in Zendesk and Amazon Connect to connect members to Specialty Care services.
• Make outbound calls to members who completed screenings with warmth and professionalism.
• Book members with a Navigator or connect them to Specialty Care services.
• Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and resolving barriers to care.
• Prioritize tickets and manage queues to minimize dropped calls.
• Support warm handoffs to clinicians or navigators.
• Document interactions and scheduling updates in Zendesk and CRM/EHR.
• Follow escalation protocols for clinically urgent information.
• Participate in 1:1s and team huddles to improve efficiency.
