Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, including cross-functional or strategic responsibilities.
• Proven track record of leading process or technology improvements.
• Experience collaborating across departments (e.g., Certification, Finance, Marketing, IT).
• CRM experience required; HubSpot experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end new membership onboarding and troubleshoot friction points.
• Create and maintain onboarding videos and training content.
• Manage member system access and evaluate tools for effectiveness.
• Own help desk operations with 24h ticket touch and 48h SLA targets.
• Own member data management and monthly KPI reporting; surface actionable insights.
• Champion digital-first process improvements and explore automation opportunities.
• Support 3x/year member meetings and ensure proper governance compliance.
• Communicate proactively with the Membership Operations Manager on issues and improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Head of Operations.
