Job summary

Connectivity Standards Alliance is seeking a Membership Operations Specialist to drive service, outreach, and strategic support for our global Alliance membership. You will optimize onboarding, access, data accuracy, and KPI reporting while championing digital-first solutions.

You will collaborate across departments, propose improvements, and manage a high-visibility role with executives, ensuring a seamless member journey in a remote, international environment.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in a similar role with cross-functional or strategic responsibility
• Proven track record of leading process or technology improvements
• Demonstrated collaboration across departments with multiple functions
• Genuine curiosity about new tools and technology, with comfort adopting new systems
• CRM experience; HubSpot preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and teams
• High emotional intelligence and professionalism in a collaborative environment
• Uncompromising attention to data accuracy and detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, global environment

Responsibilities

• Lead new membership onboarding end-to-end and troubleshoot friction points
• Create and maintain onboarding videos and training content
• Manage member system access and evaluate tools for upgrades
• Own the help desk with 24-hour ticket handling and 48-hour resolution SLA
• Own member data management and monthly KPI reporting
• Champion digital-first process improvements and automations
• Support 3x/year member meetings and ensure proper registrations
• Communicate proactively with the Membership Operations Manager and propose improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
