EPC Network is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive revenue initiatives in collaboration with the Product Owner. You will own projects end-to-end, building processes and SOPs, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple stakeholders.

We value independence, structured thinking, and the ability to translate ideas into concrete workflows. Strong English skills and experience with AI tools are essential for fast-paced, international environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, with direct experience running marketing initiatives.
• Marketing fluency: understanding newsletters, paid, social, and growth work, and contributing to strategy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple marketing workstreams without dropping quality.
• Experience building and rolling out project management processes and SOPs across a team.
• Hands-on AI tool use in daily work — you use them to move faster and can describe how.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Project Execution — Drive initiatives from brief to completion across newsletters, paid, social, and growth, managing timelines, owners, and dependencies across parallel workstreams.
• Newsletter Leadership & Performance — Partner with the email team to drive newsletter growth end to end, and monitor performance to surface issues early.
• Process, Systems & Reporting — Build and maintain trackers, cadences, and SOPs with clear visibility into every initiative.
• Team Leadership & Development — Lead problem-solving and reviews, coach the team to bring solutions, not just problems.
• Quality Control & Follow-Through — Validate work before progress and ensure initiatives move through to completion.
• AI & Smart Tooling — Use AI to accelerate the workflow, evaluate new tools, and raise AI fluency across the team.
