Job summary

EPC Network is seeking an Operations Manager to optimize operational processes across marketing platforms, vendor accounts, budgets, payments, and data quality. You will drive automation and AI adoption while ensuring scalable execution, reporting to the Head of Operations.

This role requires 4+ years in operations within marketing or performance marketing, hands-on AI tool usage, strong English, and an ownership mindset. You’ll build SOPs, dashboards, and control data quality across channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations or project management in marketing, media, or performance marketing.
• Experience managing vendor or platform accounts at scale.
• Strong numeric sense: budgets, payments, reconciliation.
• Experience building and rolling out SOPs across a team.
• Hands-on AI tool use in daily work with clear explanation.
• Clear, structured communication with actionable updates.
• Ownership mindset; drive progress without supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal English (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Platform and vendor account operations across marketing platforms and service providers.
• Own budget and payment operations, including schedules and reconciliations.
• Data quality and compliance flows, including suppression lists and opt-outs.
• Build and maintain trackers, SOPs, dashboards; drive adoption.
• Lead execution across parallel workstreams; enable AI tooling adoption.
