TDS Global Solutions is seeking a Growth Marketing Leader to build and scale a demand generation engine across paid, organic, and ABM channels. They will hands-on execute with marketing automation and CRM platforms, educating buyers and generating demand.

The ideal candidate will bring 7–10 years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience, strong ABM expertise, and a proven ability to partner with Sales, Marketing Ops, and BDR teams to accelerate pipeline development.

Formación

• 7–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation
• Proven success across paid, organic, and ABM channels
• Strong account-based marketing expertise targeting enterprise accounts
• Ability to build demand generation strategies, campaign roadmaps, reporting frameworks, and optimization processes
• Excellent communication of marketing performance, pipeline contribution and business outcomes

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute an integrated demand generation strategy across paid, organic, and ABM channels.
• Build targeted campaigns for enterprise accounts with a broad audience.
• Generate measurable sales-qualified pipeline and revenue opportunities.
• Establish campaign roadmaps, performance reporting, attribution, and ongoing optimization.
• Partner with Sales, BDRs, Marketing Ops, and other marketing functions to improve engagement and conversion.
• Possibly assume broader leadership responsibilities across BDRs, events, and European demand generation.
