Job summary

MEDvidi, a US‑based AI-powered mental healthcare platform, seeks a Marketing Data Analyst to optimize paid and organic channels and drive efficient growth. You will analyze campaigns, forecast spend, build dashboards, and lead A/B experiments, collaborating with our Marketing team in a remote, contractor-friendly setup.

Required skills include SQL, Python, analytics tooling (Amplitude, GA4), BI dashboards, and a strong statistical foundation. Russian and English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Marketing Data Analyst.
• Hands-on web marketing analytics: paid acquisition, funnels, attribution, metrics.
• Structured problem solving: define plan, then execute.
• Proficient in SQL, Python; ETL understanding.
• Experience with event-based analytics tools (Amplitude, PostHog, Mixpanel, GA4).
• Strong BI/dashboard experience.
• Knowledge of statistics and probability.
• Clear, evidence-based communication.
• Fluent Russian; English at least B2.
• Experience using LLMs in daily work.
• Able to work CET/CEST overlap hours.
• Comfort with long-term B2B contractor model and personal equipment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance of paid and organic marketing channels and campaigns.
• Forecast efficiency and allocate paid spend across channels.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor acquisition and funnels.
• Monitor attribution and resolve measurement gaps.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and analyze A/B experiments.
