Homestead Human Solutions is seeking a Sales Executive – Logistics (LTL/FTL Shipping) to drive new freight sales across the US and Canada.

This can be a 100% US-based remote position for the right candidate. Base salary up to $90,000, plus an industry-leading commission, and potential to grow a book of business.

Requirements include 3+ years in logistics/freight sales (LTL/FTL), excellent English, strong negotiation skills, and a hunter mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven logistics/freight sales experience (LTL/FTL).
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a hunter sales mindset.
