TechBiz Global GmbH is seeking a talented recruitment professional to connect top IT and non-IT talent with leading global clients. You will source senior-level candidates, screen and interview, and ensure high-quality presentations across European and international markets.

You'll leverage LinkedIn Talent Solutions and widely-used video platforms to assess fit, maintain a strong network, and communicate clearly in English.

Formación

• At least 3+ years in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Talent Solutions and interviewing on Teams/Zoom/Skype.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Strong understanding of job requirements and assessments for IT/Non-IT roles.
• Tenacity and ability to build and maintain a solid network.

Responsabilidades

• Source senior-level IT and Non-IT candidates for global clients.
• Screen and interview candidates to present only the best to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and ensure high-quality evaluations.
• Network online and offline to promote the employer brand and attract top professionals.
