Job summary

World Tech Recruiting is seeking an HR Generalist to drive HR initiatives across our client’s global offices. The role supports the employee lifecycle, drafts contracts, manages benefits, and ensures compliance with local labor laws.

You will serve as the HR point of contact for global teams, generate insights from HR data, and maintain records in the HRIS system while promoting a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• Fluent English and strong written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HR programs across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Create employment contracts and documentation for global staff; manage benefits and local compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for employee queries across global teams.
• Maintain global HR processes and policies for consistency and positive employee experience.
• Generate HR reports on workforce trends and payroll metrics.
• Audit and maintain employee records in the HRIS system.
• Support engagement and development initiatives to foster a positive culture.
