Job summary

Blazity is seeking a Junior GTM & Marketing Specialist to support our Web & Mobile unit. You’ll turn projects, technical expertise, and market insights into content and activities that accelerate growth.

You’ll work with founders, developers, and business teams, gaining hands‑on experience in marketing, AI, and GTM. No years of experience required; curiosity and initiative matter most.

Qualifications

• You are at the early stage of your career and want to develop skills in marketing and go‑to‑market.
• You have a strong interest in marketing, technology, AI, startups or business development and follow trends in these areas.
• You’re curious about how tech brands attract customers and grow.
• You enjoy researching topics and turning information into valuable content.
• You can write clearly and communicate ideas in a simple, engaging way.
• You have good English, especially written English.
• You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• You’re open to using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and learning to apply them effectively.
• You take ownership of tasks and don’t need to be told every step.

Responsibilities

• Content & Case Studies — help create case studies, client stories, website content, LinkedIn posts, and other materials.
• Market Research — research companies, industries, competitors, trends relevant to potential clients.
• Content & AI Visibility — create content around client problems and improve Blazity’s visibility using AI tools.
• Sales & Outbound Support — research potential clients and prepare information to support outreach.
• Partner Marketing — support content and marketing activities with technology partners.
• Events & Conferences — research relevant events and prepare materials for marketing activities.
