Job summary

Altimi is seeking a GTM Specialist to drive outbound activities, build lead lists, and manage multi-channel campaigns for growth. You will partner with the Marketing Manager to test new approaches, optimize conversions, and turn insights into action across LinkedIn, email, and automation tools.

You will analyze campaign results, adjust messaging, and implement AI-enhanced workflows to improve efficiency. This role offers flexible remote options and office presence in Wroclaw.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in outbound, lead generation, sales development, growth or marketing operations.
• Knowledge of the IT services and IT consulting market.
• Hands-on experience with GTM tools such as Lemlist, Zapmail, Clay, Make.com, AI Ark or HubSpot, or a strong willingness to learn them fast.

Responsibilities

• Define ICP segments with Marketing Manager and sales team.
• Gather and act on market signals (hiring, funding, tech changes, leadership moves, intent data).
• Build, enrich and maintain lead lists for each ICP segment.
• Run and improve LinkedIn outreach and cold email sequences; extend existing channels.
• Turn campaign messaging into live, well-targeted campaigns.
• Test and add new channels and formats; launch at least one new outreach action weekly.
• Qualify leads and move them through funnel to booked meetings.
• Hand meetings over to sales; keep automations data flows
• Build new workflows, including AI-agent-based ones, to raise output and quality.
• Check campaign performance daily; track pipeline activity; prepare weekly reports.
