Zusammenfassung

Blazity is seeking a creative AI & Brand Marketing Specialist to shape our marketing and brand strategy from the ground up. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution across AI-focused content and campaigns.

You will build our brand in AI and agentic AI, develop founder personal brands, and create content for LinkedIn, articles, newsletters, webinars, and conference materials. 2–3 years of tech marketing experience is preferred, with remote work from Poland.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, content marketing, communications, growth, or a similar area
• Experience preferably gained in a technology company, SaaS company, startup, software house, or AI product company
• Genuine interest in AI, technology, SaaS, startups, and emerging technologies
• Understanding of modern AI solutions and interest in AI agents, agentic workflows, LLM applications, and AI-powered products
• Familiarity with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar AI tools
• Strong creativity and the ability to come up with original ideas
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and engaging way
• Ability to work independently and take ownership from idea to execution
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work directly with founders, technical experts, and business stakeholders
• Strong research skills and curiosity about new technologies and market trends
• Willingness to experiment with new marketing formats, tools, and channels

Aufgaben

• Build the Blazity brand by shaping marketing and brand strategy and market perception
• Develop brand positioning and communication, identify topics to be known for, and increase visibility in AI and tech
• Build founder personal brands through topic identification, content pillars, and thought leadership content
• Create content across formats including LinkedIn, articles, AI/tech content, website content, newsletters, webinars, and conferences
• Experiment with AI tools, agents, and automation to improve marketing workflows
• Test, measure, and continuously improve marketing ideas, channels, and formats
