AtLangate is seeking an experienced IT Support/NOC Engineer to monitor, troubleshoot, and support multiple client environments. You will handle MSP-style incidents, manage Microsoft 365 services, and work with security and networking technologies.

Ideal candidates will be reliable, structured, and capable of independent work in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication to customers in English and French.

• Experience in MSP/NOC environments required.

Mansioni

• Handle L1/L2 support requests for business users and client environments.
• Monitor customer infrastructure, cloud systems, servers, endpoints.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD).
• Support Windows desktop, Windows Server; basic Mac OS.
• Work with AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, remote desktop tools, and common network troubleshooting.
• Support security/endpoint tools (Microsoft Defender, Bitdefender, Sophos).
• Work with RMM, PSA, ticketing, time tracking, and documentation platforms (ConnectWise, ITglue).
• Communicate with third-party vendors for deeper troubleshooting.
• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and client environment notes.
