Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Comfortable in a 100% commission environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new IT staffing clients (contract & direct hire).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
