Job summary

MyGreatHost Global Systems is seeking a dynamic Sales/Account Manager for IT recruitment on a remote, contract basis. You will source and place IT talent (permanent and freelance) across Cyber Security, AI, Data, and E-Commerce, while expanding our client base.

The ideal candidate is fluent in French, Dutch, and English, with a proven IT recruitment and sales track record. Join a fast-paced, innovative IT consultancy with attractive commissions and international opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 5+ years IT recruitment experience focusing on Cyber Security, AI, Data, and E-Commerce.
Proven sales experience including acquiring new clients and managing accounts in IT consultancy or staffing.
Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing both permanent and freelance IT talent.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and hire IT professionals (permanent and freelancers) per client specs.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality talent solutions.
Sales and Business Development: Identify new client opportunities, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on IT industry trends, talent availability, and competition to inform recruitment and sales strategies.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align hires with business objectives and ensure smooth onboarding.
Reporting and Metrics: Track recruitment metrics, sales performance, and client satisfaction to optimize processes.
