Job summary

Flying Bisons in Warsaw seeks an IT Project Manager to bridge client needs and cross-functional teams across the Middle East and beyond. You will own end-to-end delivery, drive profitability, and nurture strategic partnerships while shaping AI‑first project management processes.

Fluent Polish and English are required; experience managing 10–15-person cross-functional teams and working with Jira is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in project management, preferably within a digital agency or tech environment delivering products involving UX/UI design, development and research.
• Experience with clients from the Middle East, MENA region, and understanding of business culture.
• Strong familiarity with Jira and time-tracking tools.
• Fluent Polish and English (C1/C2).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of 10–15 with product mindset.
• Budget management, profitability and reporting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects with focus on Middle East portfolio.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while growing client relationships.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Analytics, Design and Dev.
• Apply agile practices with 1–2 week sprints in Jira and other PM tools.
• Identify business opportunities and manage risks.
