Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead complex IT projects within our Data & AI Competence Center. You will supervise project streams, manage financial results, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will collaborate with sales to identify opportunities, prepare compelling offers, and mitigate project risks. Strong English (B2) and Polish language skills are required, with residence in Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in IT.

Responsibilities

• Execution and supervision of projects in the Data & AI area.
• Independent management of commercial projects and responsibility for their financial results.
• Leading and managing project teams, ensuring their efficiency and development.
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Collaboration with the sales team to develop business and identify new opportunities.
• Preparing technical and commercial offers and co-creating winning proposals for clients.
• Ensuring high quality of delivered services and managing project risks.
• Participation in initiatives developing Data & AI competencies (workshops, conferences, knowledge sharing)
