Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee data and AI projects, manage commercial streams and support sales in growing business. The role focuses on leading project teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in delivery/project management, experience with Jira/MS Office, and English at least B2 level. Polish fluency and residence in Poland are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in IT.
• Ability to prepare proposals and collaborate with sales teams.
• Experience in managing project teams, budgets, and delegating tasks.
• Cooperation with external clients and building and maintaining business relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills, proactivity, and decisiveness.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Office) and effective use of AI at work.
• Very good command of English – minimum B2 level.
• Residence in Poland and fluent Polish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Execution and supervision of projects in the Data & AI area.
• Independent management of commercial projects and responsibility for their financial results.
• Leading and managing project teams, ensuring their efficiency and development.
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Collaboration with the sales team to develop business and identify new opportunities.
• Preparing technical and commercial proposals and co-creating winning offers for clients.
• Ensuring high quality of delivered services and managing project risks.
• Participation in initiatives developing Data & AI competencies (workshops, conferences, knowledge sharing)
