About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of delivering comprehensive airport solutions. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of internal and external experts, ensuring that complex IT projects are executed with precision. You will be the driving force behind the successful implementation of our airport systems, balancing strategic planning with hands‑on management to deliver high‑quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Oversight: Manage the full project lifecycle, from setting initial goals and creating strategic plans to final delivery.
• Resource & Team Management: Coordinate team members, define individual responsibilities, and manage both internal and external resources effectively.
• Budget & Timeline Control: Maintain project timeframes, prepare budgeting estimates, and ensure all IT strategies are implemented within financial constraints.
• Performance Tracking: Use advanced project management tools to monitor progress, track performance, and ensure strict adherence to schedules.
• Risk & Communication: Conduct regular risk assessments to mitigate potential issues and organize stakeholder meetings to report on project milestones and progress.

Requirements

• Polish C1
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Project Management role, specifically focused on the delivery of software and hardware solutions.
• Technical Background: Previous experience in a technical IT role is highly desirable.
• Methodologies: Practical familiarity with Scrum and Agile development frameworks.
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Office and video conferencing solutions (e.g., MS Teams).
• Education: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Certifications: Professional project management certification such as PMP or Prince2.
• Domain Knowledge: Previous experience or interest in aviation/airport technology solutions.
