Job summary

Propelis is seeking an experienced Artwork Coordinator to support dermatology packaging projects across markets. You will coordinate creation and modification of artwork from brief through final approvals, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery in line with global strategies.

In a highly cross-functional, international environment, you will connect affiliates, Regulatory, Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing and Design teams, monitor timelines, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphics/artwork/packaging environments.
• Experience coordinating artwork creation and modification projects.
• Strong analytical and data-management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Degree or equivalent qualification, ideally with a graphics/packaging/print focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global artwork projects across markets and sites.
• Manage artwork creation from brief to final approval.
• Review requests for feasibility and required information.
• Coordinate with affiliates, production sites and external manufacturing partners.
• Ensure briefs are complete and aligned with project requirements.
• Coordinate artwork reviews and approvals with global functions.
• Maintain artwork information in systems (e.g., Veeva Vault).
• Monitor timelines, risks, and KPIs; support process improvements.
