Job summary

SGS & Co seeks an Artwork Coordinator to coordinate artwork creation across markets under the Global Artwork Lead, ensuring delivery is accurate, on time and compliant with global strategies.

This highly cross-functional role connects affiliates, Regulatory, Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Graphic Design teams in a global dermatology project. Remote work available; based in Poland or Bulgaria.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in graphics/artwork/packaging environments.
• Experience coordinating artwork creation and modification projects.
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Degree or equivalent in graphics/packaging/print.

Responsibilities

• Manage artwork creation and modification projects from brief to final approval.
• Coordinate artwork activities across markets, sites and partners.
• Ensure briefs are complete, accurate and aligned with requirements.
• Provide complete artwork briefs to design teams and manage approvals.
• Monitor artwork KPIs and support continuous improvements.
