• Experience in packaging artwork and adaptation across multiple brands.
• Understand end-to-end design process from concept to production.
• Knowledge of artwork file production, print processes, inks, substrates and finishes.
• Strong project and time management; able to lead multiple high-complexity projects.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools.
• Effective communication and collaboration with internal/external teams.
• Ability to plan and execute design intent with quality control checks.
