Job summary

Ingka Business Service Center in Poznań is seeking a GBO Business Support Specialist to provide day-to-day HR systems support, data administration, and incident handling. You will act as a first contact for HR tools, coordinate with system providers, and help maintain user communities while ensuring data confidentiality and system availability.

The role requires familiarity with HR processes and MS Office, with Power BI and SuccessFactors considered strong assets.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR systems and administration of HR processes.
• Fluency in English for communication with teams.
• Knowledge of MS Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact point for questions related to HR systems and tools.
• Support access management, technical support, data administration and incident handling.
• Investigate data transfer issues between HR systems and coordinate with system providers.
• Keep HR-systems user community up to date and define future requirements.
• Protect confidentiality, integrity and availability of information in daily work.
