Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Experience using HR information systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Proactive, accountable, and ownership-focused work style.
• Able to work in a high-complexity environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform HR admin tasks including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration.
• Maintain HR systems (MyHR, Umantis, and related systems) and ensure data accuracy.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR policies, benefits, and system inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and assist audits as needed.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and leverage technology.
• Generate HR reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR business partners, payroll, and other departments.
• Maintain and update HR process guides and documentation.
