Job summary

IKEA Ingka Business Service Center in Poznań is hiring for a Junior Specialist in People Operations Support. You will act as the first contact point for HR systems and tools, support access management, data administration and incident handling, and coordinate with system providers to resolve data transfer issues.

You will work closely with Team Leaders and a Buddy, benefiting from onboarding support, flexible working hours, and a hybrid work model in a vibrant IKEA environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration and processes.
• Strong MS Office skills and data handling.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first contact point for questions related to HR systems and tools.
• Support access management, technical support, data administration and incident handling.
• Investigate data transfer issues between HR systems and coordinate with system providers.
• Keep HR-systems user community informed and help define future requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of information in daily work.
