Job summary

Strada is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist with German to join our international team in Kraków. You will manage end-to-end German payroll, ensure accuracy, and support client requirements in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate across functions, handle confidential data, and contribute to reporting and compliance while benefiting from a flexible work-from-home option and development opportunities within a multinational organization.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years payroll administration experience.
• Fluent English and German (B2 minimum).
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Team player with self-motivation and quick learning.

Responsibilities

• Independently process German payroll from end to end per defined standards.
• Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely handling within SLAs.
• Identify deviations and support change requests.
• Handle confidential information appropriately and generate reports.
• Respond to German payroll inquiries and provide knowledge transfers.
• Support system maintenance testing and issue resolution.
• Stay updated on payroll legislation and procedures.
• Collaborate with peers and participate in projects as needed.
