Job summary

Strada is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist with German to manage Austrian payroll end-to-end for our international clients. You will handle data accuracy, reporting, and inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

The role offers remote work options and exposure to global payroll processes. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of payroll experience, strong German and English skills, and are detail-oriented with excellent collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of payroll experience in HR consulting, HR outsourcing or corporate environment.
• Fluent English and German (B2 minimum).
• Strong knowledge of payroll inputs/outputs and tax/compliance aspects.

Responsibilities

• Process Austrian payroll from end to end according to defined standards and client requirements.
• Monitor and manage ticket queues to meet timelines.
• Answer German payroll related questions and provide knowledge transfers to peers.
• Support system maintenance testing and issue coordination.
• Keep up to date with payroll legislation and procedures.
