Job summary

Strada is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processes with a focus on German-speaking regions.

The role supports Austrian payroll, handles confidential data, and collaborates across a multinational organization. Candidates should have 2–3 years of payroll experience and strong English/German skills (B2+). Remote work options and a supportive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of payroll experience in HR consulting, outsourcing, or corporate settings.
• Proficient in English and German (B2+).
• Strong MS Office skills: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Process Austrian payroll end to end according to standards and client needs.
• Manage ticket queues to meet defined timelines and thresholds.
• Identify deviations and support change requests.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Create and review standard and client payroll reports including year-end needs.
• Validate data for accuracy and completeness; initiate corrections.
• Answer payroll-related questions in German and provide knowledge transfers.
• Support system maintenance testing and coordinate technical issues.
• Stay updated on payroll legislation, system updates, and procedures.
• Participate in projects and other activities as needed.
