Job summary

Greenvolt is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processes for employees and contractors in Poland. You will independently calculate statutory contributions, taxes, benefits, and other payments, and maintain accurate HR and payroll documentation.

In a hybrid work environment, you will coordinate with the accounting team, ensure compliance with Polish labor law and payroll regulations, and support employees with payroll inquiries and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and payroll regulations.
• Experience with payroll for employment contracts, civil law contracts and B2B agreements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR administration and payroll processes.
• Independently calculate and process payroll including statutory contributions, taxes, and benefits.
• Maintain payroll documentation for employees and contractors.
• Prepare reports for ZUS, PIT, PPK, GUS and PFRON.
• Maintain HR documentation and employee files.
• Prepare employment and civil contracts, amendments, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with labor law and payroll regulations.
