Job summary

Randstad Polska, on behalf of our client in the Smart City and urban mobility tech sector, seeks an HR Operations Specialist for remote Poland. You will own the full employee lifecycle and be the primary HR contact, reporting to the HR Operations Manager and partnering with the HR team.

You will handle onboarding, contracts, data in Workday, and audits, while ensuring legal compliance and delivering a great employee experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR Operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle and HR processes.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday/ServiceNow is a plus).
• High integrity, confidentiality, and data handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR data in the HRIS and ensure confidentiality.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR policies and benefits guidance.
• Administer employee benefits programs and support inquiries.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports on key metrics.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Collaborate on projects to improve processes and employee experience.
• Stay updated on payroll legislation and regulatory changes.
