Job summary

FyerX is seeking a proactive Junior HR Associate to manage recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations in a remote work setting. You will source candidates, screen profiles, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate HR records to ensure a smooth hiring process.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, support payroll inputs and benefits, and help implement HR policies while staying compliant with labour laws.

Qualifications

• Candidates pursuing or with a Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, BA, psychology, or management.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee engagement.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: understand requirements, post jobs, source, screen, interview scheduling, and closures.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience and salary expectations.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and HR records using Zoho Recruit or similar tools.
• Support onboarding: offers, document collection, joining formalities, and orientation.
• Handle employee inquiries with professionalism and discretion; maintain confidential files.
• Assist with payroll inputs, benefits coordination, and HR policy implementation.
• Support performance reviews, training needs, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Stay informed on labour-law requirements and HR processes.
