Job summary

FyerX is seeking an IT Recruiter to manage recruitment for technical roles. You will source, screen, and coordinate IT professionals across multiple technologies and experience levels.

The role requires strong communication, proactive follow-up, and the ability to deliver qualified profiles in a remote/hybrid setting. You will work on roles such as software developers, cloud engineers, DevOps, QA, data analysts, and UI/UX designers, coordinating interviews and maintaining recruitment records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing and hiring for technical IT roles.
• Familiarity with technical terms and job titles (Java, Python, .NET, DevOps, cloud).
• Strong English communication and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and candidate specs from hiring managers.
• Source IT candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, portals, referrals, and social networks.
• Screen resumes and shortlist based on skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication and technical fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers using relevant tools.
• Assist with offer coordination, document collection, and joining formalities.
• Meet sourcing, submission, interview, and closure targets.
• Stay updated on IT skills and recruitment trends.
